I've been having a lot of anxiety attacks lately, I usually don't have them that much and try to be positive but with exams next week I feel really anxious.
not only that but I'm very socially anxious and am constantly worried and feel that I'm just an annoyance to others and I always seem to say stupid things. I know I shouldn't care about what others think but I can't help it. It doesn't work like that.

does anyone else feel that it's easy to give others good advice and comfort but far harder to convince yourself?
that's just me.

Exams aren't as important as people like to make out.
